Rice’s Market in New Hope is one of the oldest continuously running markets in the country, spread across 30 acres of open Bucks County fields. Saturday was warm and sunny and a genuinely lovely place to spend a morning with my pup, Lily.
Early April, the season is just waking up. I set up at 6:30 am and was able to get some drawing in at the French box during downtime. The little ladybug for a friend is coming along. Met some long time vendors, very cool vibe. Lily had a blast.
Sold some work. Good first day. Looking forward to next week!
